3. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: All studio bookings must be made through the Website. Availability is subject to change without notice.
  • Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as indicated on the Website.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking will incur a fee of 50% of the booking cost.

4. Use of Studios

  • Purpose: Studios are to be used solely for recording purposes. Any other use is prohibited without prior written consent from GL Studios.
  • Conduct: Users must conduct themselves professionally and responsibly. Any damage to the studio or equipment caused by the User will be the User's responsibility and may result in additional charges.
  • Compliance: Users must comply with all safety regulations and instructions provided by GL Studios staff.

5. Liability and Indemnity

  • Liability: GL Studios is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our studios, except where such loss or damage is caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  • Indemnity: Users agree to indemnify and hold GL Studios harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their use of our studios.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GL Studios or its licensors and is protected by Danish and international copyright laws.
  • License: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
